After you leave the trading post, you should enter the crystal caverns, right (contains the Shard monsters)? This should exit into the Traveler's Camp, if I'm remembering correctly.

I don't know what else to offer you except for to keep searching in that newest cave for another exit, looking for signs and unexplored paths. The path of this game is very linear, so it's doubtful you'll miss anything important.

As for other tips about the game, there's plenty of good threads around here for strategy, or ask some of your own questions.

its in a small dungeon in the caverns (located in the back half of the caverns)

its one of the 3 items you'll need to get to the chicken level in the multiplayer map. which is where you can get the chicken gun

Anyway, plenty of people have gotten stuck at the trading post. You can try and search the forums for a better description, but the best I can remember at the moment is to go downhill. The path is quite invisible, at least at the beginning, but the open area around the trading post isn't that large, so you should be able to find the entrance to they Crystal Caverns without too much trouble.

CrAyGoR, you you go through the cave you found. It's a very big cave, but it does have an exit. You have to go THROUGH the water, I think 3 times. Did you make it to the signpost in the middle of the cave?
