I just finished the game, let it save, and watched the credits roll. When I then tried to start the game with my character on Veteran mode, the game insists that I have to finish Mercenary first!
I have gone back into the game to see what I left undone, but my entire quest log is checked off, and there's nothing else to do.
Does anyone have an idea about what's going on or what I've done wrong?

I am playing my ds2 character that I converted with Allsaves. Could that be the problem?
I'd really appreciate whatever help I can get!
