Where do I go from here? Can't find a way too anywhere except back too ice caverns.

Yeah, a lot of people seemed to get lost around Jeriah's place.

According to the people here you should go right after the crystal caverns.
Unfortunately, i can't test this theory for myself right now, let me know how it works out!

It's like watching a flock of clown-like apes trying to navigate a ship, even though the ship has in fact been stranded on some kind of reef for about 7 years and none of the apes have noticed it yet. -Drahnier on OD moderation.

Can't find the entrance anywhere do we have any pics of the entrance that might give me a clue or better directions?

Head out the door of the trading post, then go around to the other side of the building. There's a road back there - follow it. You'll find yourself in a valley with a cave at the end. Go into the cave to enter the crystal caverns
