I was at the SNOWBROOK Fortress and getting ready to fight TALON (the Dragon you have to defeat before you continue your quest). I run in towards the Balista and the mini movie starts but no dragon in the movie. Then TALON never appears.

Is there anything I can do to force him to spawn? (command line for spawn item)
