Hey all 
Yesterday me and my friend finished Broken World in Veteran Difficulty.
Right after finishing the last 'Boss' (Which turned out to be surprisingly easy) We talked to the Dryad lady with the Question Mark above her head and finished that.
Then we saved the game. Now when I Host a BW game, I can not select Elite Difficulty :\
Why is this ?
The only reason we bought BW is to play it in Elite difficulty.. Is there NO Elite difficulty in BW ?
If there is, why can't I pick it ?

EDIT:
In the Journal, I just noticed that Quest 1 of Act 2 is 'Finished by someone else'
Could this be the problem ? Any work-arounds for this ?

We have NOT finished Mercenary difficulty. Could this be the problem ?
