Congratulations on finding it, first off.

I hear that if you can also find a Mysterious Bucket, Mysterious Token, and Mysterious Book, you can get to a secret area by chanting the words on the stone backwards.

Bucket is actually the hardest to get. If you were to complete two sidequests... one involving arena tokens and one involving books... you could probably get the other two easily.
